Resonanzen 4: “bluesfantasy”
Eero Hämeenniemi (*1951): "Keskellä Blues" for electric guitar and strings (2010)
Joseph Haydn (1732–1809): Concert for violin and strings G-major Hob. VIIa:4
Jan Dvorak (*1971): "Der Mensch als Pflanze"

A tribute to CPE Bach: In his music he overcomes the learnedness, buries the gallantry, celebrates the sensitivity and delivers himself to drifting fantasies. With his stormlike need to express himself, he is a brother to the free thinkers who can feel the blues. As well as jazz-guitarist Kalle Kalima and violin-virtuose Riccardo Minasi, who will share the attributes of Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach's piano-skills for this historic jubilee: delicacy, precision and fire.
Ensemble Resonanz opens the Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach year on the 28th of January with a very special concert. There is a special programme for the days beforehand. More information can be found on www.ensembleresonanz.com
